Review by hotel critic
During my stay at Novotel, I experienced exceptional service that exceeded my high expectations. Not only did the staff assist me in finding my lost necklace promptly, but the ironing facilities in the room were convenient and top-notch. The air conditioning provided a comfortable and adjustable atmosphere, complemented by the terrace offering stunning views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's rest, while the flat-screen TV and electric kettle added modern convenience. Novotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made my stay remarkable.
